Podere Il Caldio is a farm located in the ancient land of Chianti, it has a surface of about 20 hectares, the largest part vineyards and olive trees are grown.
In this land, where for centuries olive trees and vineyards have been grown, we still produce today the superior Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Chianti, from cultivar Frantoio, Moraiolo, Correggiolo and Leccino, and a rich wine Chianti Rusignolo, a red wine from Tuscany, with Local Geographic Recommendation, mainly from Sangiovese grapes, but also Canaiolo, Colorino, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
