The flat
It is comfortably furnished and reflects the tradition of Tuscany, with terracotta-tiled floor and vaulted ceiling. There are two large bedrooms with double bed, a relax room with sofas and a tv, one bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a laundry with a washing machine, a clothes-horse and an iron and a large kitchen in masonry with the following appliances: a 4-burner gas cooker with integrated electric grill with coke, electric oven, integrated fridge freezer and all the necessary cutlery and crockery.
Bedlinen, household linen and towels available.
Independent central heating and, if requested; a small bed for children.
The outdoors
At the entrance of the flat there is an outdoor open space with a table and chairs to enjoy the quietness and the sight of the hills of Tuscany. Not far from the swimming pool there is a large wooden gazebo for our guests with a masonry barbecue and a table to taste your meals outdoor.
There are bicycles that our guest can use free-of-charge to visit the surrounding hills to enjoy the colors and the perfume offered by Nature at their best.

To confirm your booking, you need to send a 30% deposit.
Your booking can be canceled:
- without charge until 30 days before your arrival;
- paying 50% of your deposit until 10 days before your arrival.
Fees do not include fees for cleaning the flat (€. 25,00) at the end of your stay.
