Podere Caldio is a magnificent site located at the center of a plot of land of about 20 hectares, whose largest part is covered by vineyards and olive trees. The Villa is in a panoramic and airy location, surrounded by the greenery of the hills of Tuscany. The large farmhouse, at the center of the estate is divided in two flats. The ground floor flat, on the side overlooking the swimming pool, is for our guests. The flat is pleasantly furnished and well equipped. There is also a small equipped portico and an outdoor furnished area. In front of the swimming pool there is a facility with a table for your outdoor meals and a barbeque. The small town of San Casciano is only 4 kilometers away, where you can go shopping. Florence is at about 15 minutes’ drive (20 Km), and Siena is at 55 kilometers. The whole area of Chianti can be easily reached by our location, which means that you can organize many interesting visits to the many beautiful medieval cities in the surroundings such as San Gimignano, Radda in Chianti, Greve in Chianti and Monteriggioni, just to mention some of them.
